Our Gourmet Desserts are shipped frozen in styrofoam packaging that is specially designed to maintain the integrity of the product. It is highly recommended that your or a representative be present to receive the package when it arrives (especially in the summer months) as we will not issue refunds for desserts that have melted in the sun.
